"We have been waiting 3 weeks for a wheelchair for my father. They told us they would take it on a certain day and no one ever called or showed up. I have left multiple messages and not one person has returned my call. Poor customer service as well as not helping my elderly father get what he needs. **Update** I have emailed and continued calling with no response still. Super sad. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
"I have been dealing with this company for over a year about a bedside commode now I gave them money for a regular bedside commode that my insurance didn't pay for which is not a problem. The issue I have is there saying I have a bigger bedside commode which I have just a regular one so they want to charge me $10.49 which isn't much but when you're on a low income every penny pinch nowadays mean something I have a number off of the chair that I'm going to call them Monday give them that number and tell them to leave me the hell alone."
"Deserves no stars. Highly recommend NOT using this company… They refused to bring my dad oxygen even though he had just gotten out of the hospital with pneumonia and BEGGED the woman to bring him some because he couldn’t breathe. As a result, the next morning he DIED. Now they’re harassing my grieving mother for equipment they should have already picked up. Literally arguing with her over the phone & talking to her like trash. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable and the phone calls harassing my mother was icing on the cake."
"We just had a very pleasant experience with them. I was looking for something they did not carry. They suggested several places which we had already tried. One of the ladies made two calls and got the item on order for me. I had to mention that I was concerned coming in because of the reviews. They were aware of that and said they have all new staff! Totally different experience than what I expected."
