"My recommendation and opinion is to not do business with this organization. They have had multiple people depart who were the backbone of the operation. The current management double billed me and refuses to return calls, respond to email etc.... Any transaction to them should be run through a credit card so you have the opportunity to freeze the account. Its a shame to say that I did business with them for almost 10 years and they chose to end a relationship this way. This is not a posting from a disgruntled customer, this is a warning post from someone who did business with them- sometimes you take a loss due to untrustworthy dishonest people, but this is a warning to others so you don't get bit as well. One start should be zero"

"Manages and rents a variety of properties along the beach. More renter friendly than some of the other local rental companies. They manage a condo for me and I have been very satisfied with their work over the past 18 years. I have found that they always take care of my renters."

"We stayed in Unit A5 at Sugar Beach condos from 9/11 through 9/25/21. We have stayed at Sugar Beach Condos many times over the years including staying in Unit A5. The customer service that we received through Century 21 Island View Realty is the worst experience that we have ever had while vacationing in Navarre Beach. To begin with, we did not have any wi-fi connection and were told to fix it ourselves. We had to contact the cable company on our own, go through a number of transfers because we are not the party paying their bills until finally we were given an appointment for a tech to come out. We had to stay at the condo to meet the tech and after he left saying the wi-fi was fixed, it was not. Later we learned that a number of the condos at Sugar Beach serviced by Century 21 are given the same password for wi-fi and we probably did not have service because another unit was signing into our account. Additional issues with the condo include having no door to the master bathroom because it is on order, having a family of cockroaches living in the kitchen, having no warm water in the two non-master showers and no access to the stairs off the deck leading to the beach because they were under construction. We endured noise coming from the workmen using drills that were loud enough to wake us up in the mornings and they made it impossible to sit out on the deck and enjoy the views to the ocean. Both my daughter and I contacted the office at Century 21 Island View Realty and were told that only Phil Babiak could help us with our concerns. We were able to speak with him a couple of times, but mostly he was unavailable and when we left messages he did not return phone calls. The receptionist at the office told me that I was called before our arrival and given notice that the condos at Sugar Beach would be under construction during our visit. I received no such phone call. I would never have kept my booking if I had been informed of the construction. On the morning of our checkout, I spoke with another receptionist at the condo office and asked for a credit to be applied to my card to account for the inferior service that we had received. She said that she would give the message to Phil Babiak and that he would call me. He has not called. I can only assume that the owners of this beautiful condo do not know what kind of service that Century 21 is giving to vacation renters."

"If you are a hard working american like my husband and I and you wait 12 months to go on vacation please don't used this place. Century 21 has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced on top of that they're false advertising that they have a open and working pool but they don't. We booked a unit in the sundunes in may 2020, let me clear Covid-19 was here, we send our deposit for the week from 9/5/2020 to 9/12/2020 with that being said we got to their office to check in, and after we paid the balance they notify us that we needed to check out one day early, they claimed that they notify us via email. That was a lie. l have a bad knee and walk a lot is not good, also my husband had a open heart surgery, they not care.they don't need to be in business what a shame."

"From my very recent experience, this company lacks competence, empathy, adaptability, effective communication and problem solving skills. Meaning they provide ZERO customer service. Being that the listings they manage at this particular property continue to dwindle, it seems that the rest of the market already is aware of their ineffective business model as they continue to lose “owners” to other, more progressive property management companies. I suppose they have no clear vision on who their customer really is, as this organization operates out of fear based on their decision to create their own issue with us as renters and cancel our only chance for a vacation in 2020. The only “owners” who continue to stay with them as property managers, probably do so because of their low standards for the units they manage and don’t require upgrades. Believe me, there are several upgraded units in this older property, but the only ones they manage are outdated or inexpensively updated. We’ve rented a condo in the same complex from them for the past 6 years and they are notoriously uncooperative, but this year during this pandemic year, they really continued to show their true colors and we will NEVER trust them with our family vacation plans ever again. There was an easy fix to overcome the problem, but they couldn’t see past their narrow mindedness and poor choices."
