"Stayed in 1703 this week. This is our third time to this condo and is our fav beach condo. We have already booked two weeks for next October. The only thing I would suggest is that it is time to replace the cookware. I understand it being low end stuff, but it is scratched and stained. There is not a complete set of stainless. Need to replace that also. Also, one pot holder and one dish cloth is just not enough. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable. Bed is good. The view is simply the best. We spent many happy hours on the balcony."

"It’s located in a great spot, but… There was a huge chunk of human hair in the shower drain of the master bath. There was mold all over the master shower. The bathrooms are outdated and turning yellow from age. The house is cluttered (excessively) with seashells all over the place and decorated in very poor taste. The door lock was malfunctioning the entire time and wouldn’t lock. Oh, and don’t let me forget to mention the property manager is an absolute crook. Charged me $600 for a chip in a Mirror that I know I didn’t damage. They can’t Show me any images from the walkthrough from the previous tenant to prove I caused it. Don’t try to get in touch with them, you’ll get routed to an outsourced customer service that can only relay messages. So again, it’s located in a great place, but I would never stay here again. It’s not worth the money for unsanitary bathrooms, cluttered decorations, and dishonest property management."

"Stayed for two weeks and totally enjoyed our stay. Very nice room with a beautiful view. Clean and well stocked unit. Really nice, quiet area and beautiful beaches. We really loved the state park which was a nice drive through to Pensacola. Lots of great restaurants in the area and across the bridge. Would highly recommend this unit #302!"
