"What's not to LOVE!! The staff are amazing!! Ashley made the process seamless!! Char is adorable and always eager to help!! Rick & Felix the best maintenance I have ever experienced!! Always friendly extremely fast with any issues, which are rare here at Elevate!!. And OMG!! It's gorgeous here!! And so many amenities!! Even a car wash!! I moved here from Kentucky and when my family came down to see me & actually saw this place in person, they were so happy to see I chose a not only a beautiful community but a safe one!! If you are on the fence just do it!! I have never been happier living not only Florida but right by Navarre Beach but in the most beautiful gated community in Florida!! Oh one more important thing I need to mention!! The screened in patio is a major plus!! Bayley, as you can see in the photo, absolutely loves it!! She lives out there!! Again I could say so much more, like the amazing friendly people that live here as well!! QUIET!! BEAUTIFUL!! SAFE!!"

"The apartments are so incredibly nice and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable! The property manager, Ashley, knew the date for everything going on around the apartments construction wise. You can tell that she and the other women up front really care about their job! They made the whole process so easy and answered every question we had! The apartment is so spacious and has so much storage, the amenities are so convenient and nice! They just made everything easy for you! Trash valet is included and the internet is extremely easy to get turned on. It’s instant! They also have fun events for all of the residents! It’s by far the nicest apartment that I have ever lived in! The pictures are from our walk through!"
