SpringHill Suites by Marriott Navarre Beach

"Upon arrival, Miss Hannah, a delightful young lady, greeted us. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Surprisingly, she upgraded us from a bay-side room to an ocean-view suite. This is a 5-star hotel with all the amenities one expects. The hotel was clean, as were the suite and restaurants. Great service by a customer-oriented staff. The pool, jacuzzi, and "river raft' added to the experience."

"I have to start off by saying the front desk agent Ocean was wonderful. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful in assisting me with fixing a billing error that my work made. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This hotel is fantastic. Rooms are clean, new, and up to date. The amenities they offer are wonderful, the food is great and the voucher they offer is icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor, and stay here."

"This all-suite hotel gives you a lot of space and some gorgeous views! We stayed in two different rooms; the beds creaked in both and the AC sensor wouldn't work consistently in the second one. They did quickly send a helpful gentleman up to fix it (the AC won't run if the door to the balcony is open, and the sensor on the door needed to be recharged), but unfortunately it wouldn't hold its charge. The free breakfast had a lot of variety and there's a decent selection of things to spend your mandated $25 resort credit on. The elevators ran very slow and housekeeping knocked on our door three times (starting at 9am for a noon checkout), but overall a good experience."

"Absolutely love this hotel! My wife and I stayed here first time for a quick getaway when other hotel in Pensacola was full. We love this area and the hotel staff is great. This area is not near as built up so leads to exactly what we need…. Relaxation. There is a great restaurant on property so when we come for a 3-4 day stay we never leave the property. Breakfast is great. Ice cream bar in the afternoon is the best. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. And finally the staff goes that extra step to make us feel welcome. We have been here 6 times and each time we are amazed nothing negative happens…. Nothing! That is not by accident!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy and fast. We had a room viewing the beach and pool. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The breakfast was good and there was always staff present. They do a good job cleaning and stocking. Our room was clean and the couch was a little worn down but didn’t bother us much. Not a lot of noise from other guests and we felt safe. The walk from the hotel to the boardwalk was 12 minutes. We will definitely stay here again."
