Our tastefully decorated rooms feature modern furnishings, full bathrooms, fine linens and comforters, large flat screen televisions, and free WIFI connection property wide. "Very quiet and location is good for fishing and boating. AC struggled a bit duting the heat of the day in June. Appliances, and fixtures are a bit tired, but everything worked. Good for a fishing stay, though not "luxury" as in the name. Free laundry is a plus. Outdoor area is well kept. No power on the dock for boat battery charging, howerver the dock itself, location and seating is nice. Wifi works, but does not support HD streaming. Taking out the trash as instructed could be hazardous given location with maintenance material present. Parking is tight, but had no problems with using extra space, which is problematic with many rentals in the area."

"We love this place. This is now our 5th year staying here. Each year we extend our stay. The location is only a mile from Dearborn St and also the beach. The grounds are beautiful. Beautiful sunsets every night over the bay. Our 2 bedroom condo is very comfortable and clean."

"Perfect!!! Clean, Quiet, Safe!!! Decorated so nice and up to date!!! Pets are quiet, water is sparkling blue at Lemon Bay, the big courtyard and dock is perfect with tables, chairs, fire pit and grill, laundry, beach, kyacks, and fishing pole!!! Will be back next year!!! Everything worked perfectly and like new!!! Jason and his wife are so nice and also everyone here and at Gulf Realty!!! Thankyou so much for a wonderful month visiting our son and family in Venice!!!"

"We stayed in unit 7 which was VERY small, but big enough for 2 people. Overall it was a nice place to stay, it gave a roof over our heads at night but there's better places out there. The room needs renovations from the bed to the bathroom. The rental said there were some amenities which is true but very limited. I believe there's only 2 kayaks available, a small communal laundry room, limited gym hours, and the beach is not really kept up so it's not great swimming. One flaw was the lack of communication of check in and out times as well as confirmations of everything."

"My dad came in for a few days from Texas and really enjoyed his stay at Paradise Cove! We came over and were able to cook some meals and then enjoy a glass of wine on the private dock. Honestly could not be more happy with the location and room! He visits at least once a year and said he never sees himself staying anywhere else again! The whole family will be recommending this apartment to our out of town family!"
