"This is a time-share, and since Hurricane Ian, the main building and pool has been destroyed and is condemned. The management company underinsured the building and likely will not be rebuilt. On the other hand, the other 2 buildings are still standing with minimal damage. You'll have to go through Sea Oats Beach Club office to check in and out of your unit."

"My wife and I took our first trip here about 5 years ago, loved the place so much we bought our own timeshare it’s like a personal slice of heaven we get to visit once a year. This year was extra special as we got to introduce our twin 2 year old boys to this lovely resort and beach. You won’t find a cheaper option with private beach access. If you’re on the fence trust me it’s worth every penny it’s not the ritz Carlton but it’s beautiful all the same"

"Great location. Sunrise and dolphins on one side and sunset and seashells across the street. Private beach was nice, especially on the weekend when the public beach was crowded. Clubs with live music within walking distance or free shuttle. Need a car for grocery store, boat/wave runner rental, parasailing."
