"This was our first time in Englewood & Sea Oats Beach Club. A little issue of being placed in the wrong unit by staff but manager resolved without us having to move. The property and units are dated but the location made up for it. There was issue with people trying to sneak into pool at 2:45am right outside our unit waking us up and confrontation with another group to night before."

"We have been going to Sea Oats for the better part of 10 years now and have always had a good experience. We love “getting away from it all” for a week or two at a time and being able to spend time with family each year. It is a little rundown, but that’s to be expected for a building that’s over 40 years old. The new staff (in 2022) seems really friendly and will hopefully take great care of the place for years to come."

"Long time unit owner, pleased with this year's upgrades. Some very friendly residents. Great location directly on the beach. Effective, experienced management. Should start better enforcement of restricting babies--infants from the adult pool. Bound to pollute. Comfortable, easy-going week. Good value for money. The many long-term owners prove the benefits"
