"We had a 3 day reservation, had a late flight so we didn’t get to motel until midnight only to find out the office was closed. We were never told when we booked the room that they close at 11pm so we had to drive to port charlotte and we’re very grateful to the Days Inn for accommodating us. In the morning I started to calm motel 6 Office about our booking and no one answered the phone. We drove to the office and the clerk said the phone never rang . I called the number in front of him and the phone didn’t ring . We told the clerk of our frustrations and he admired that the person who took our reservation should have let us know the office closed at 11pm. When we finally got into the room, it was old with mold and dirty grout in shower. The air conditioner shuts on and off leaving you either hot or cold . They had guests on the second floor who were very loud partying until 3am keeping us up. Needless to say we won’t be back."
"I had a subpar experience staying at Motel 6. The room was basic and lacked many essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge or microwave. The customer service was also lacking, as the staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful when I had questions or concerns. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this Motel 6 if you are looking for a comfortable and accommodating accommodation experience."
"100% recommend. My family and I stayed on the studio side. The property is very clean and quiet. The studio rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and a balcony or back porch. The staff are truly amazing and very attentive, from the on-site manager and his wife, all the way to the housekeepers. Plus, it's just a short drive to the beach!"
