"We didn't even stay. We called a sister hotel and they were booked & suggested stopping here. They gave us a price quote for room. When we got to location we were quoted $40 more before taxes. Driving around the outside of hotel the area/clientele seemed a little sketchy. We continued on"

"We have stayed here 3 times over the years as a quick stopover to our vacation . The hotel has always been in need of some love and updates, but this stay was awful and we won’t be back . For 250 a night, you would think the rooms would be clean. The lamps look like they have been thrown all over in a fight. There is mold, dirt and grime all around the door which has cracks to allow bugs to crawl in. The rooms smell musty. The beds are rock hard. There is debris in the bathroom in all the corner , behind the door. Just feels dirty overall. For the price , I would expect a pristine room. I have stayed at roadside Super 8 motels which are cleaner than this for $80 a night."

"My credit card info was stolen after staying here, never had an issue like this. I rarely use my work card and multiple charges have showed up since. Will never return. Avoid. Outside of the hotel isn't much to look at, and the majority of the parking under the building which makes it odd. The elevator looked a bit sketch so I used the stairs, and wasn't fun when your room is on the 3rd floor. The room was mostly updated, but the beds were terrible. Felt like a tight trampoline with a piece of wood on top. The AC made weird sounds like someone was outside scratching the door, the TV was a good 15 feet from the edge of the bed so it was a bit harder to see, and there was no blowdryer. There was a bunch of weird older electronics and power cords though in the dresser. 2 restaurants are within walking distance which was nice, and the room had a microwave and fridge. It appears the front desk staff are also the room cleaners, so be aware you might have to wait for them to see someone's in the office while they're in a room."

"Just stayed the weekend at this hotel while visiting family. Upon arrival it looks like a standard but dated hotel. Service was great! Staff is very friendly and helpful! I called for an extra sheet for my sons pack n play as soon as we got to the room and front desk clerk brought it immediately! The hotel is obviously under some renovation as my room was newly renovated with a marble bathroom wall and updated shower. My sister was two doors down with an old style room. THE ELEVATOR THOUGH… dude. The inside of the elevator had etchings carved into it with vulgarity’s, and disgusting mouth prints on the elevator door.. made me want to puke! At night, there are sketchy people who hang around… Please clean the elevator!!!"

"Stayed last evening at this hotel. Check in was pleasant and quick. Room is very large. Had a room with a king size bed and television was clear across the room so difficult to watch. Amenities in room were fine except the website said that there was a hairdryer in the room. After showering I looked for the hairdryer and there was not one. I went to call the front desk and realized there was no phone in the room. I called the hotel number from the website and a woman answered. I gave her my name and room number and asked to have a hairdryer brought up to my room. She responded”It is 4:00 am”. I said no it is 5:45 and I need the hairdryer. She said “ You will need to go down to the front and ring the bell, he must be asleep”. No I can’t do that. (Remember just got out of the shower). Just call his cellphone and ask him to bring one up. She said, “ I don’t have their number, you will have to go down and wake him”. No, I can’t do that. So you are telling me you do not have the number for your employee who you are paying and is sleeping on the job at 6:00 am. She said “ Yes”. I told here sarcastically that I would be giving her a GREAT REVIEW”. So here it is. Recommend not staying here when their customer service is so poor. Thank goodness it was not a real emergency. Employee would have slept thru it."
