"Pros: Nice and large rooms, clean, great location. You also get access to the amenities in the property next door. Downsides: they were testing the fire alarms all week, making it really loud. There was no heads up given prior to checkin, and we had to negotiate for any kind of discount. The wifi stopped working during one of the days. Loud airplanes flying over constantly. Property is looking dated, despite rooms being renovated."
"Great villa. My only complaint is with the front desk staff. When checking in they didn't tell me about any of the amenities offered. They literally just gave me the key. We didn't have a car so when I called and asked about food places nearby, they suggested we use door dash or Uber. Didn't even mention they offered a shuttle that takes you to downtown and city place. Didn't find out about all of the other amenities until checkout and that was because we happened to see the shuttle pull up and we asked the shuttle driver some questions. Found out a lot more about what this mariott offered from him."
"The best vacation club we have ever stayed at! We arrived to the hotel late night and the lobby was nice and we arrived to a beautiful room! We loved the room configuration and the beds were very comfortable. Great property in Doral and would definitely repeat!"
"This property is beautiful. Staff is amazing. I had a couple issues upon arrival in my room (loose toilet seat and glass shower wall) and they had someone to come fix it expeditiously. I also was able to attend a lil reception for guests, appetizers and drink of choice by the pool with live music and dancer. The property is secure, have to check in with a guard at the gate so I loved that knowing not just anyone can be on the property."
"We were absolutely blown away by the standard and cleanliness of the hotel in general. Regardless of our late arrival at around 23:30, we were still welcomed by a lovely host who explained everything we needed to know. Our room was so clean, tidy, modern & smart, which was a massive step up from our previous hotel in Orlando. We visited the pool every day, which was also very clean and well-maintained. The staff around the entire location were all so friendly & there were optional activities for everyone to do! We still can’t believe how amazing this our stay was & would definitely return. It was great value for money!"
