"I was there for 3 1/2 hours to get authorization to you have surgery. And I understand this is the first time they’ve done this. But I believe this was excessive time, and they were not busy. Everyone was very cordial and helpful except for the nurse. She has a very cold personality From my experience."
"I had an appointment for a physical at 8:15am, I arrived to my appointment at about 8:10. I checked in and proceeded to wait in the waiting area. After waiting 2 hours to be seen for my scheduled appointment and constantly asking the front desk nurse when will I be seen, I had other appointments and business to attend to that morning I couldn’t stay any longer. Myself, and 3 other individuals that had been waiting for almost the same amount of time as me, walked out as well. If I could give MEDEXPRESS 0 stars I would, but I can’t so a 1 will have to do."
