Live Love Baby 8K 5D/3D/4D & Gender Ultrasound

"After googling many different 3D ultrasound places, I decided to go with Live Love Baby. The reviews were great and the pictures of the place seemed pretty comfy. We had an appt scheduled at 1:55p and were told to arrive 15 mins early. The day of the appt it was raining, and when we arrived around 1:30p, we walked up to the door and it was locked. We waited until 1:40p, like the reminder told us, and still nobody was there. I called the office a couple times and no answer. Ten minutes after the appt scheduled time the receptionist came up to the door to unlock it. We weren’t greeted or told anything but she left the door open behind her so we walked in. Right behind us was another lady with her grandmother for their appt also. Once we checked in, we decided to add the stuffed animal with the baby’s heartbeat, on the website there are plenty of cute options. After everything was signed and paid for, we went to choose our stuffed animal and they only had a lamb and a pumpkin. If we were told that before, we wouldn’t have gotten it. The overall session was okay, baby wasn’t that cooperative but we were able to get a decent picture of baby’s face. The tech that did our session is what made us give the place one star. She was sweet and attentive to me and my family the entire session."

"I am very disappointed with my experience at Live Love Baby. My one star is only for the aesthetic look of the facility. I scheduled the Gender Reveal Ultrasound for my family to see our baby boy, after reading all the positive reviews. Upon arrival, my husband wanted to change our appt from the $69.99 2D ultrasound to the $99 3D/4D ultrasound. However, we were told we were not able to switch our appt because there was another family scheduled right after us. Which is fine but when we left there was no other family in the waiting area or arriving. Then, my 15 minute Gender Ultrasound was rushed by the Ultrasound tech Codi. She coudn't wait until my family sat down and got situated. We walked into the room at 12:28pm and by 12:37pm we were walking out. She then prematurely announced the gender as a girl. Baby was not cooperative, which is understandable, but she also didn't seem to have the patience, having 8 minutes left. Picture quality were not great at all. They were blurry and baby face features are not visible, all you see is the outline of the baby's head and body."
