"Looking at other reviews I was dreading going in assuming it was going to be a rough experience, but I made an appointment on line the day before, showed up a couple minutes prior, checked in on my phone and was called back shortly after. I was in and out within 20 minutes, the lady that helped me was great and was a rather seamless experience!"

"Im 7mo pregnant & I went to do my 3hr glucose with this unprofessional practice. I was attended by a phlebotomist named sarah. Mind you this is HER job not mines she said the script stated I was to drink a 75 gram drink instead of the usual 100 all pregnant women are given for a 3hr glucose test. She knew it was odd for it to say 75 yet STILL gave me the drink even after questioning it with two of her peers. One of them even reassured her “oh I had a pregnant girl come in last week & gave her a 75 gram drink, youll be fine”. So another poor pregnant girl sadly went through the same. Instead of relying on the FACTS OF HER JOB that a 75 gram drink isnt given to a PREGNANT WOMAN for a 3 hour glucose, she gave it to me anyways. I did the 4 blood draws along with the 3 hour wait time. I would like to add she would also not draw my blood on the dot as she should even though she put she drew it every hour on the hour, sometimes she would draw it a few minutes before which should ALSO not be done. With that being said due to HER ERROR I now have to REPEAT this 3 hour glucose giving my baby ANOTHER sugar loaded drink & ALSO wasting time off work along with my time in general. This is EXTREMELY unfair to me & my unborn baby & these people need to be held accountable!"

"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Quest Diagnostics located at 4708 Exploration Avenue in Lakeland, FL. I had scheduled an early morning appointment at 5:30 am, hoping for a quick and efficient visit. However, my expectations were shattered from the moment I arrived. To my astonishment, the facility was still locked at 6 pm, a full 12 hours after their scheduled opening time. As I stood in line, I noticed at least 15 other patients who were equally bewildered and frustrated. We all shared the disappointment of having our first appointments scheduled for the early morning and being met with locked doors. Around 5:35 am, a staff member finally arrived and entered the facility, locking the door behind her. Unfortunately, she never bothered to provide any explanation for the delay or offer any reassurance. This lack of communication only added to the growing sense of frustration and confusion among the waiting patients. As we tried to seek answers for the prolonged delay, we attempted to call the facility's phone number. However, to our dismay, nobody answered the call. This lack of responsiveness from Quest Diagnostics only compounded our frustration and left us feeling completely abandoned and ignored. Overall, my experience at Quest Diagnostics in Lakeland, FL was utterly disappointing. The facility's failure to open on time, the lack of communication from staff members, and the unresponsiveness of their phone lines were all major letdowns. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others, and that Quest Diagnostics takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve their customer service."
