"Crowded like most. No parking. Those are small compromises for fantastic services. Extremely accommodating. I had an emergency with my daughter who needed a tooth extraction done and she was fit in. This was her first experience with a dentist and in excruciating pain. She went back and shortly after she came out pain free and had a smile on her face! Thank you Children and Teen Dental of Florida for your wonderful service! We will definitely be back and are now new customers for my daughter and son!"

"Took 2 grandkids here just this past Monday. The 9 yo was in there for 2 hours for xray and cleaning. Once he was done they told me they had to refer him out bc he needed alot of work done. I questioned them about doing the work there and the assistant told me the dentist wasn't comfortable doing the work. Wanted to send him to their "sister" center where they want to charge me 400 out of pocket for anesthesia. The 7 yo had 3 baby teeth pulled and came out scared and crying. That dentist told me he need antibiotics for an infection yet the prescription has to have Dr approval to be filled and possibly tomorrow for that. They are rude and have alot of excuses. If you have liberty dental, change your plan asap."

"I never have a problem with them. They are amazing. They accept Medicaid , which might be the reason they are always so busy. The waiting area is so cool for the kids. The staff is friendly. The waiting time just gets irritating sometimes. But I understand due to all the things they can run into with other patients. Definitely recommend this place. I told two other families to go here because it seems to be a very good place."

"This is the worst dental office I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few (we’ve moved a few times the past 5 years). You are guaranteed to wait 30+ minutes after you check in. Even if you’re there first thing in the morning because it is very clear that they overbook their appointments. They have a huge waiting room yet you are almost guaranteed to have to stand because it’s always overflowing with people. Once your child finally gets called back they are back there for at least an hour but usually an hour and a half. And after all that waiting they make you wait to be called AGAIN to check out and make your next appointment. I waited 20 minutes today to make my children’s next appointments because she told me I would be next, yet two other families were called before me. I ended up walking out and I will have to call to make the appointments. If you’re new to the Lakeland area I would suggest a different dentist if you have the option. Unfortunately, there aren’t many though so we’re stuck at this one. The dentists and workers there are always very friendly, I will give them that. The way they are running this place though is a joke."
