"After driving out 5 times in less than 3 weeks to continuously fill out paperwork they kept forgetting to have me fill out and giving the runaround, I finally had an appt just to find out they do not accept anyone as a patient if you are on antidepressants, or if you ever been on them for a period of time, or even if you decide to quit taking them to hopefully be accepted as a patient. Regardless of my paperwork on the FIRST visit stating that I was on them. Could’ve saved me a few trips if they read that. Well into my pregnancy and now scrambling to find a new doctor to accept us as a patient."
"Would rate higher if the wait didn’t always take forever. The staff is nice and friendly but the wait absolutely kills me. Every time I go in it’s an hour (minimum) wait to be seen with only one other patient waiting in the waiting room. It shouldn’t take that long especially when the actual appointment only takes 5 minutes. Extremely aggravating."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a previous baby before the one im pregnant with now and the experience I had with my little one before I should have never came back. I decided to give a second chance, worst mistake ever. I waited for 1 1/2 HOURS to get seen and walked out. They was joking laughing around instead of doing there job. Very unprofessional place to go. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR UNBORN BABY AND YOUR HEALTH. I called to get cleared so I could go to the dentist and they couldn't even give me that. They don't care about your health or your baby. You'll get laughed at and talked about to."
"My Wife and I had a child in the care of Dr.Kimona Baker. My wife has endured years of trauma and health issues due to our experience. Dr.Baker not only lacks bedside manners but also needs to be reviewed for unethical treatment and practices. After consulting with real care givers and doctors and then hearing about our experience of Dr.Baker not allowing the placenta to naturally birth and actually pulled it forcefully out of her cause a hemorrhage that was 900cc+ of blood throwing the other medical staff in a panic to keep my wife alive. This clinic needs to be evaluated for ethics and treatment of their patients."
