"Did not go too well this time. Got changed to 3 different locations for pickup far from home to get back and pick my car up. Hmmm...Check engine light was on. Guy said "these are old trucks, you'll be ok", backup camera didn't work, guy said " you got mirrors, cameras aren't guaranteed". Felt unsure if this was a lemon that might leave me on the side of the road..but it made it to Atlanta. They're probably happy to get rid of that one!"
"Rented a motorcycle trailer for vacation. From Illinois, found out I couldn’t keep the trailer at the condo I rented. Which was just wonderful to find out last minute. Anyways I contacted this location. They allowed me to store the trailer at their lot. Free of charge. Wonderful customer service, extremely friendly. Nothing was wrong with the Trailer, it was protected and untouched when I came to pick it up. Extremely thankful to them. Love Pensacola, been coming for years now. if I ever need U-Haul in the area again. I’ll definitely come to them."
