"Today was my new patient appointment, and I could not have been more impressed. At 59, and living like I never expected to see 30, I have more than a few medical issues. Dr. Whitehead not only listened, but was able to identify things I forgot to present. I’ve never experienced this level of thoroughness in a doctors appointment. He took notes and told me our plan at the end without missing a detail. His staff was also very friendly and attentive. My appointment was at 11:30 and I was called in at 11:30. I’ve never experienced that before, but was delighted."

"I give Dr. Whitehead 5 stars and all of the baptist employees I have had to come in contact with expect his Office Manager which I am still currently waiting on a return call from and the front desk staff. My husband is a Marine and has been one 10 years now. He is always early to his appointment's and sometimes waits past his appointment time to be seen but he waits patiently. This one particular time he was 10 minutes to his appointment due to him having to help another unit get ready for a deployment. When he arrived he was told he would have to reschedule and they had a policy to go off of (this is how you treat a service member). My husband explained the situation and still could not be seen or work with him for a same day appointment which they offer but instead told him he had to reschedule for 2 weeks out after waiting for 2 weeks for a appointment. All offices have policy but patient care is first. I called to speak with the office manager and I am still waiting............patient care,being compassionate and working with the patient is also part of the employees duty as well. I would recommend everyone to see Dr. Whitehead and Baptist to get rid of the some front desk and office manager who do not have the same goals as Baptist."
