"I purchased a bookshelf last evening. Although I am pleased with the item and the sale price, l was not pleased with the young man who helped us. He was totally disengaged and hardly spoke. He wheeled the bookcase to the car let my husband put it in the trunk and walked away. He did mutter: “Have a nice evening.” However, his entire demeanor was rude. I was very disappointed in his customer service. His behavior was in direct contrast to my previous experience at Office Depot."
