"Do not use the membership option. You pay a significant higher price tag than you do paying the one time fee. When I spoke to a representative about the offering, I was told it was for people that can't afford the full price of a visit. In essence, if you are low-income and have difficulty affording medicine they will bring the initial price down for you but they will charge you over $150 more over the course of your 7 month certification period. The price looks great, but it's too good to be true. When asked to have the office manager call or email me, I was told that can't happen and ai needed to call a call center to speak to anybody."
