"I had to stay at the hotel because my flight got delayed. The airline messed up my voucher but Ashley at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Mary in the restaurant was super helpful and kind. Both of them together truly turned a bad situation completely around. Thank you for being so professional and kind!"
"GROSS hotel specially the rooms which are in serious need of refurbishment. The showers are tiny even though those are remodeled. The A/C makes noises and the room has a horrible humid smell. Walls are gross. Feels more like a cheap motel from the 1980s. Stay away from this property. The surrounding areas to the hotel are in serious need of landscaping. We made a huge mistake booking this hotel."

"Rooms are clean , areas of amenities very nice, they have a cafe it’s very nice as well . I just didn’t like the front desk service. The front desk should acknowledge entry and exit of their costumers as well give information about the amenities and services of the hotel.. also time of check out and I as a member I know there is always a recognition but we didn’t get any .."
