"If you're looking for a high end luxury hotel this is not it but if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and conveniently located with decent amenities and good housekeeping, this place is great. Weekday breakfast could benefit from something besides weird egg stuff and some actual meat not on a sandwich you may or may not like, but overall it was a good stay with friendly staff and well kept. If you're a noise averse person though, first don't book a hotel across from an airport and second, the walls seem to be pretty thin so bear that in mind. So very minor and predictable issues aside, we feel this property is an excellent value."

"This is a nice, clean hotel. And the service is outstanding. Keri at the front desk in particular was wonderful, making us feel very welcome, attending to our every need, and even making helpful suggestions. Definitely recommended!"

"I am a blue collar worker. I work very hard for my money. I paid my money and arrived rather late, almost midnight, after 14 hours of travel. I asked the blonde hair female clerk at the desk the next morning if I could have a later check out and she said the best she could do was 1145. I was wearing my work attire, consisting of a safety green tee shirt and jeans with steel toe work boots. Ok fine. Another couple asked the same question and I overheard her tell them 145pm. Those people were business casually dressed. I feel like I was discriminated against because of the way I was dressed. Not everyone that stays in your hotels is a banker, University professor, or insurance agent. Some of us are truck drivers, construction workers, road pavers, or come from other blue collar professions. Every paying customer should be treated with mutual respect, consideration, and given equal treatment. My other complaint is Marriott's (and Hilton too for that matter) cancellation policy. Many times I am on the road and need to book a room or a few rooms for a work crew, and after booking the room for that night, plans change or the mission is cancelled and I need to cancel the room or rooms. The misleading thing that these hotel chains do is they state "free cancellation up until 11:59pm on August 20th" but it's actually August 21st. So unless you are keeping up with the date of the month, one could be led to believe the room is refundable when it is not. Just say in red, "non refundable". This prevents misunderstandings. A non refundable room booked on the day of arrival is also a rip off. In one situation I booked a room, paid for it, then the mission cancelled 5 minutes later and the hotel refused to refund the payment. We all know the hotel pocketed that money then rented the rooms out again and doubled their income. That is shady. Until Marriott and Hilton change this policy I will not book with either of them again. I like to do business with companies that appreciate my business and are easy to do business with. They're not looking for every angle to extract an extra dollar out of me. Other chains will allow you to cancel and provide a full refund. I book leisure and business travel all over the world for my clients in addition to providing logistical support for cargo or heavy equipment. I am very disappointed."

"Good location and room size for the price. Unfortunately the housekeeping is not daily and the front desk personal does not know what is in the rooms. Nice touch was the welcome Annette on the TV"

"I am reviewing to inform potential customers of my complete dissatisfaction with this hotel—even before I checked in today, 19 July 2023. When I arrived at 6 PM, I was informed that my room wasn’t ready—it was still being cleaned. This, two hours after the hotel check in time of 4 PM. I was told to come back in 40 minutes (6:40 PM). Completely unacceptable. I asked to use the restroom (after a long day of travel), and was told that the restrooms were undergoing repair. When I finally was able to check in, I learned that the pool was also undergoing repair, and was not available. My room was missing basic supplies, and a major TV network was not available on television because the hotel’s agreement with Nextstar had expired. Honestly, if I had known this hotel was so shoddily managed, I never would have stayed here. For $300 per night at a Marriott branded hotel, I expect better."
