"Great value for the location! Rooms were dated but clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. We took advantage of the shuttle to St Armand Circle and the Bayrunner into Sarasota."
"It's not a resort and is dated but amenities are like other resorts. Room was clean. Two big pools, one on the cooler side, one at 85°. Every employee I crossed paths were very friendly and accommodating. Dolphins swam by every morning right about 7:30! I'll stay here again."
"The complex was supposed to be torn down just before Covid- it should have! It’s a dump- moved us from our room as the toilet would not stop over flowing, the a/c control was broken, the door to get in would not open without a really hard kick to open it! Don’t stay there!! I could go on but you get the picture"
"Rooms were the worst. This place is in terrible need of renovation. Thermostat doesn’t work. Carpets are disgusting. Rooms are literally taped together. We had to get a second room because the first smelled so mildewy. Second room smelled better but that’s about it. They didn’t have real blankets either so a cold night like we had and we were freezing all night - didn’t sleep. Door on first room was literally broken, and the door on the second room was very hard to open with a missing chain lock. This is a crappy Motel (not a resort) that happens to be on the water - tho most rooms have no view of it. The pool looked nice, but it was too cold outside to swim."
"I was there only for 1 night. The location is prime and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is an old, dated property so if you are accustomed to new and unblemished resorts this is not for you. It is not the Ritz Carlton but I actually enjoyed the old school simple feel to it. The Tiki bar is nice. The pools looked really nice."
