"We love the products here, but the staff is not as helpful. We never go on a weekend, because of the large crowds, instead we go during the week, but you can never get assistance to find a product. There are no clear markings of anything or directions for products. Their aim is to confuse you from the beginning of the entrance way down to the food stuff. And, off course I’m always taken aback by how rude the staff serving samples are. I have always opted not to accept anything because most samples are either too sweet, high in calories with zero nutrients. We do get great deals on the frozen foods, bedding and electronics, but this store by far is the rudest I’ve visited, with very little help!"

"This is a Costco and Costco's tend to be pretty great. Kim at the membership desk was exceedingly friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was with the self-checkout line. I only had a handful of items and twice had to wait for assistance from a worker when the register either thought I had put an extra item in the bagging area or had not put my most recently scanned item in the bagging area. There were several associates running around helping people with self-checkout. Wouldn't it be easier to just have them be cashiers? It reminded me of first generation Walmart scanners that could not seem to get the weight in the bagging area correct no matter what. The only problem at Costco is that it totally locks up the register. It wasn't a great end to an otherwise very nice shopping experience."

"Great store and very well run. Stopped by optical shop and had my glasses that I bought at a different store adjusted. Got in line for a rotisserie chicken and hauled it in my car about an hour away. It was still warm and tastty. Costco has the best employees. They know how to take care of customers and to keep things moving. I am 73 and used to belong to Price Club in California which eventually got merged into Costco."
