The other was thorough in explaining the current issues with insurance rates for property here in Florida increasing substantially. So it's no surprise it's nearly impossible for them to agree oh a bill to change Florida's one way legal fees, the only state in the nation to allow these and that's why were seeing so many claims go to litigation.
