"Scam of a doctors office and insurance fraudsters. They charged me $335 for my anatomy scan after receiving my insurance information. They billed my insurance and claimed to my insurance that I paid NOTHING at my visit which was a lie. I am due a $329+ refund which was confirmed by my Florida Blue insurance. I called to ask them about this and the lady who picked up was VERY rude and said that since I called, they will refund me but not immediately. I know from experience with this office, it will take multiple calls and probably reporting them to get refunded. Cindy (I think that is her name, employee of the month at the West Palm front office) is totally unhelpful and tried to scam me out of more money by making unnecessary additional visits with no explanation. Now they are gatekeeping my results from over 2 weeks ago and refuse to send my results to my OB. My visit was on 11/30 and they still have not shared any of my results with me or my OB as of 12/13/23 although we have requested them to fax them over at least 10 times now and I signed all of my consent forms on 11/30. DO NOT GO HERE."
