"UPDATE, after speaking with billing management, this entire thing could have been avoided. The testing site was 100% incorrect, and didn’t handle any of my paperwork or the codes correctly to include the discount. Quest billing department was shocked they tried to charge me the non-discounted rate, AND that they didn’t know how it worked at the lab. HORRIBLE! I had an appointment for a specialized test, was given the FULL cost ahead of time, and a rough estimate of 50% off when I came for my appointment, and my doctor’s paperwork stamp. I do not have insurance , which they knew. They took two walk ins before me. Then the guy who called me back had no idea how to use the computer system, and didn’t know about the red stamp discount code on my paperwork. He had to call someone else in to train him, and had messed it up so much they had to start all over. Once that was done, I was AGAIN quoted an almost $700 cost, and was told that WAS the discount, despite being told over the phone, TWICE, that that was the FULL price, and it WOULD BE discounted at the site. I left without this very important test being done, after waiting a week for the appointment, and now cannot keep my follow up appointment with my doctor because I can’t afford the test. Don’t believe their quotes, because your time and health is NOT important at this place."

"I visited this PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens location today for blood work. I was seen relatively fast as I had an appointment. As someone who gets extremely nervous with needles, getting greeted with a friendly smile sure made me feel better. I had my blood work drawn by Tonya B. She knew I was nervous, but her friendly personality had me smiling and laughing. She was EXCELLENT! I barely felt the needle. I truly don’t understand the low reviews for this location. This is the second time I have been there and both times I had blood drawn by wonderful women. I highly recommend this location."

"They close at 3:30 with no signs saying that they stop taking patients any earlier. Staff member comes out and refuses to take us after checking in as a walk-in at 3:16. She says they are short staffed directs us 12 mins down the road to A1A because “they have 10 people and close at 4. So A1A can take me 20 mins before they close but you can’t take me 15 mins before your site does? Either provide better instructions for walk-ins so we avoid going to locations past the time you will accept patients or hire staff that want to work. We were the only people in the waiting room for labs on one person. On the bright side the A1A location is fantastic, clean, and friendly. While I was waiting on my husband 2 others were called and I was asked if I was waiting or needed help. At 3:45 with just me in the waiting room a tech walked out asked if I was waiting to be seen and offered to take me. Customer service matters!"

"As usual my lab experience at the Palm Beach Gardens Center was very professional, easy to talk with the tech, (Tonya T.). I especially am appreciative of how she explained procedures so I could understand. The Center was very clean, organized and inviting. Tonya is a wonderful spokesperson for Quest. Finally, her touch in drawing blood is gentle and hardly felt a thing. A very positive experience."

"I realize this is a busy location but does not justify technicans with a RUDE uncaring attitude. I had an appointment and was SKIPPED over as the name board cleared and I waited an hour for my name to be called. There was a tiny Waiting room packed with people so I waited just outside the glass door. I had a walker and am disabled, the tech who called me in had a bad attitude from the start. Acted like I was there bothering her. I asked if she could draw from my opposite arm as I had blood drawn the previous day somewhere else. She stated very rudely "ONLY if you have a vein if you don't I can't do it!" Then she purposely jabbed the needle hard into my arm. This was clearly intentional as I am a retired 18 year paramedic and disabled, I have done thousands of blood draws and IVs in my career and she purposely did this because of a bad day. I was bruised for days and I have great veins. Never again. I am using a DIFFERENT location."
