"I had a very good customer service experience here. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I needed 4 scans done in the same day. They were originally scattered on the schedule throughout the day however they managed to get them all done back to back which was GREATLY appreciated- I was there for 3 hours instead of 7. Everyone seemed organized and seem to actually have some pride in their work and service- very nice to experience. I would not hesitate to use this facility again."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. The actual mammo and ultrasound techs were amazing however their BILLING DEPT is a HOT MESS!!! Not only do they out source their billing but the people at the billing company are no help. When my appointment was originally schedule I confirmed I could have both mammo and ultrasound on the same day, so I did. 3 months later I got a bill for over $200. When I called they said it's because my ultrasound wasn't covered, when for the last 5 years it always had been. So I called my insurance company, I was told then told that my ultrasound was denied because it was done on the same day and they it was their mistake and I, the patient, was not responsible for their mistake. I called Tower Imaging back and explained the situation, told them what my insurance company said (which I knew was true because I have 20 years of diagnostic billing experience and the reason I confirmed the mammo and u/s were ok to do the same day) and was told it was billed with the wrong DX code and would be sent back for reprocessing. I also called back the billing company Tower Imaging uses and explained what I was told by both Cigna and TI. Here we are 3 months later, never heard from either of them again and I get a collection notice. These asshats sent my account to a collection without any further notice. BE WARE!!!!"

"I have been to what was "Palm Beach Radiology" for over a decade for everything from x-rays to MRI's to CT scans. Always great service, in and out, on time etc. Now it's TGH, I've tried 4x to get an x-ray. They don't take appointments for x-rays, the 1st time I got there at 8:25am and there was over an hour wait. The next 3x I went, they couldn't do any X-rays because the ONLY person that does them was out sick...1 person only for all the x-rays needed in the area, AND NO appointments? I'll have to find a new place after all the years of great service. Very disappointing!"
