"My mother went to this hospital for hypertension and never walked out. She died due to complications of a renal artery stent and died within hours after procedure. The hospital has done the absolute bare minimum. The death certificate was not even signed for 10 days after her death… which is totally unacceptable. I ask questions and I’m pretty much told to ask the physicians- which by the way will never answer the phone or return your call. Your concerns nor your life isn’t taken serious at this hospital."

"This is for Out-Patient Medical Center Dec 2023. I was there for one night & 2 days. The Staff and nurses were truly amazing and very caring. Our Charge Nurse Diane and the Case manager Nurse Kelly went out of their way to ensure I had the best care after my procedure. They explained and answered all of our questions with true compassion. They cared about my needs and concerns. The food service was amazing and always on time. The hospital team was friendly and accommodating. They also accommodated my wife to spend the night with me. I would highly recommend this place for outpatient procedures. Thank you for a great experience."

"My husband spent a week at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. He was on 2East. All of the staff from the nurses, CNA‘s, therapists, housekeeping and everyone I came into contact with were very professional, and very kind and compassionate. My husband‘s room was kept spotless. I was always greeted the smile and asked if I needed anything. I was very impressed with my husband’s care….. 5 STARS He came in through the Emergency Room and was very well cared for while in the ER…… 5 STARS"

"My adoptive mother has been a patient there since last Wednesday for a hip replacement... the surgical team was fantastic and everything went smooth. Unfortunately there have been some post op complications. Mostly nausea and low blood pressure. Both things that are very manageable in normal circumstances however not in my mothers case. The nursing staff has no bedside manor, the communication between staff(nurses, tech, who ever is on call) is horrendous and to ask for anything is made to feel like a burden. My mother is one of the toughest humans on the planet so for her to say she is in PAIN and can't keep food down is something to be taken seriously but the staff and once nurse in particular actually took the stance she is faking and forcing herself to throw up! Medications have been late HOURS on more then once occasion and the staff wonders why she's in pain. I'm not Nostradamus but I can predict that someone days out of major surgery not getting their nausea and pain medication on schedule would be nauseous and in pain. When you ask to speak to someone in charge you get the run around and it seems they are most concerned with the hospital administration seeing this negative review then addressing my mothers health. I'm fully aware this email will be met with the generic response as all negative reviews I've read and not taken seriously but I expect no less considering the generic substandard level of care. My only hope is those considering using this hospital read this and take their business somewhere else cause let it never be forgotten that hospitals are a business! My sister posted a review about this situation and as stated the concern was still not my mothers care but the negative review effecting the hospital. I'll be posting this on as many review boards as possible until my mothers level of care is to the standard she deserves"

"I wasn’t given bath towels, never offered my first meal until I questioned, felt like a disturbance for asking questions because the nurses left me in the dark about everything. Met the manager of the 2nd floor ,Victoria , as well as the director of nursing services of the second floor, Shawn. I initially reviewed this hospital and they showed up to my room concerned about the review and promised better care, so I removed it. They handed out cards with numbers that were unanswered or out of service. I was surprised with the entire visit while dealing with my painful condition. The ER and cat scanning team were actually super friendly , caring , and focused. The kitchen staff was friendly as well. If you anticipate staying in the hospital for a few days or have a slight possibility , try to make it to Jupiter"
