"I went into my MRI with a lot of anxiety. The first staff member told me it was OK to keep my jewelry on. I went to get my MRI and I was told to take it off. I told the technician that the lady before told me it was OK to keep it on, but I would take it off. As I went to take off my earring And place it into the technicians hand, It got pulled to the machine and was sticking on the machine!! How dangerous!! Then she proceeded to say that my nose piercing should be fine.I then let her know that it was fake and not real jewelry as well, Then she said It needed to come off. This just made my anxiety even worse because I felt I could have been really injured if I did not advocate for myself about the jewelry. The proper steps were not followed, and as I went into my MRI, I was sobbing. When I got out, no one said anything and they were all talking, and I was crying and I walked out alone. I felt not validated And was consumed by anxiety that was greatly increased by the Rayus staff Due to the whole jewelry incident. Very scary and not safe at all. I don’t wanna come back here again."

"Would select no stars if it was a choice. Had a horrific experience with the front desk employee named Marlene. She was extremely rude and condescending. Her staff kept giving me wrong information while I stood there in pain. ( I was there to get a CT image of a broken leg) Even though they kept changing the information given to me (about timing of reports) she took no accountable and would not acknowledge the error. Yet she continued to be nasty with me even as I explained I was in pain and just trying to get a straight answer. The staff in the back managing the equipment were delightful and wonderful. However the front office staff was extremely nasty. I attempted to contract corporate but there is not phone number...."

"On line check-in was simple, when i arrived i was greeted promptly and only waited a few minutes to be call in. The technician was polite but failed to properly set up my IV. While lying on the machine to have a second IV done, the sky view was a nice touch. The imaging went fine, however the black mold around the air conditioning diffuser was not something I would expect to see. Other than that, the experience was fine."

"Busy place and excellent staff if you ask for what you need they will accommodate. Be patient with them because they serve a lot of people. I wouldn't schedule in a hurry, but there is a beautiful coffee bar with all the fixings and tea you can enjoy that and hang out. Lovely office in the Gardens area, gorgeous! Supervisor was incredibly amazing and accommodated everything that I needed!"

"DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them negative stars I would. If you can go to ANY other imaging or testing facility DO IT. RAYUS is absolutely horrible and they do NOT care about their patients getting the care they need in a timely manner. After one doctor sent in my imaging referral, they claimed to never have received it so my chiropractor sent it through. Called and immediately got everything handled when MY multiple phone calls trying to get in were unsuccessful. THEN, after I made certain to provide them with my new insurance info and made it clear not once but twice that my new insurance started 1/1 AND they specifically scheduled me a few days later for authorization/ approval timing they STILL managed to run it through my old insurance company. Told me I’d have to reschedule which would take over a month by which time my injury will likely heal improperly defeating the entire purpose and causing me MORE pain and injury. I literally could not say anything worse about this facility and its employees. From the back end running insurance to the employee who I dealt with the day of my appointment, to the staff running the actual MRI, everyone was horrible. They rushed through the MRI and barely spoke to me when instructing me, as if I was inconveniencing THEM. I regretfully paid the cash price to be done with it and more importantly to not delay my care and they wouldn’t even match the copay pricing. So I’m out of pocket nearly $100 more than necessary AND TO MAKE IT WORSE, after all the time went by of dealing with this they made me sit and wait to get squeezed in. By the time I paid we were 4 minutes past my original appointment time. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience 0/10 would NOT recommend."
