Big enough to have the right courses, excellent staff who care about the programmes while small enough for the personal touch that is hard to emulate in larger institutions. ITC along with the town of Carlow is an excellent place to study.”

“We have booked a table for six people and we were pleasant surprised that we were seating on the high comfortable chairs and we were able to observe and see all restaurant. We took few different starters for sharing and it was good idea to taste and try. They have A La Carte Menu but there is also special menu for 50 € per person (starter, main course and desert). Everyone order again different main course and I was able to try from everyone. My order (Hake in banana leaf) was the best, this is highly recommended to try. Prices are high and service tips included on the bill but it is up to you if you want to pay or leave tips. Our waiter or manager from Lithuania was super hospitable, polite and professional. He was looking after our table and let us feel that we are royal family. Interior, skylight and all atmosphere all together made our Friday evening.”

“EDIT: After another call to the company management has been able to find a solution and the delivery was today, which is a very good sign from a company that listens to reasonable requests. I'm happy to now bump my review to a five star. ---------------------------------------------------- Lovely driver, lovely customer service: why the 1 star review? I placed an order based on the speed of the delivery so I booked a day off to be here for the driver. I received a call the previous day to confirm my apartment has no lift. Today the driver came by and he hadn't received the note with the no lift in the apartment so he LEFT and I didn't receive my laundry machine. When I called the customer service they said there was a problem with their system and the note wasn't logged. The only thing they could offer me was a sincere apology. I told them how disappointed I was. Again, throughout the whole thing both the driver and the customer service agents were top class and very professional but I feel their management should understand these interruptions to people's lives are important. In the end they offered me a meager waiver of the delivery service. I feel the good old "the customer is always right" wasn't applied here even though they admitted it was their fault and it caused me a big disruption.”

“The Priorswood is a great local pub with a great atmosphere. I went for a night with my wife to see a band and have a drink. The band were called Freak Like Me and were brilliant. They are great singers especially the girl Lisa. They ask the customers their favorite singer or band then during the night do songs by them so the customers set the tone for the night. The staff are really pleasant too and the pints are perfect. The only downside is the toilets but it is what you normally find in a local pub. All in all it is worth a visit if you're in the location but if you see the band advertised near you I would definitely check them out.”

“I visited this pub yesterday after a couple of Months since I was last there. Wasn’t a big fan before but yesterday I had a great time there. Great music, customers, Drinks and Staff. Excellent atmosphere. I believe there is a new manager who has completely flipped the place and has made changes for the better. I will most definitely be coming back.”
