“Delicious pizza and great staff. We’ve tried chorizo & funghi bianca, both pizza’s were absolutely delicious! Full of flavour dough and generous amount of toppings. Eatokyo Asian Restaurant And Sushi Bar

● Open
11 Capel Street, County Dublin D01 YX82, Ireland

“First time Sushi eaters. Absolutely loved the fact that they have 2 piece sushi options; so my partner and I ended up trying 3 different types of Sushi and actually enjoyed all of them. We loved the grilled salmon sushi the most and also the prawn sushi and squid sushi. For our main course we had beef ramen and seafood ramen which we thoroughly enjoyed. The portions are quite generous and prove to be value for money. Also tried the sake and japanese beers for the first time which was quite nice too. Will return again to explore the cuisine further.”

Umi sushi & bento

● Open
UNIT 9 Porters Avenue, Coolmine Industrial Estate, County Dublin D15 X2XC, Ireland

“This place is tiny inside, but they produce some delicious sushi! You can get it delivered or order a collection. Menu is quite massive and food I've gotten was always amazing quality. My fav is Rainbow roll + Ebi tempura side. It is not a cheap food place, its not expensive either! Since quality is there you really cannot expect cheap prices. Especially when there is seafood and fish involved. Keep it up! I'm a regular for a Friday night dinner treat:)”

Dublin Pizza Company Aungier St

● Open
2 Aungier Street, County Dublin D02 A008, Ireland

“This is not the best pizza place in Dublin (maybe Sano?), but it's probably the best PIZZA in Dublin (and I tried a lot of pizza places in Dublin). It's in a scruffy part of town, and staff aren't the most friendly - it's one of those "take your pizza and leave" kind of places. But what a pizza though (pun intended). 5 stars.”

“Small and cozy place where to eat Japanese food is always a pleasure for your soul and stomach. Location: Is located in the heart of North city center, if you go for shopping you can stop here easily. Staff: Good and polite enough. Food: Tasty and healthy for a good price. Is not fancy but have a very good flavours and combination of fresh food. Overall: High recommended. My favourite dish there is the vegetarian bento box, and the salmon noodles. Note: Is vegan and vegetarian friendly as well.”

Michie Sushi

● Open
11 Chelmsford Lane, Dublin D06 KX84, Ireland

“I have been absolutely gumming for sushi the last while. I follow a couple of Japanese restaurants on Insta and their photos has had me increasingly titillated. For a restaurant that is Instagram used very well as it literally gets them a hungry person in the door. So tonight, I ordered online from @michiesushi in Ranelagh. Himself got the tuna and salmon mixed sushi platter and some gyoza. I got everything you see on this plate, 2 tubs of wakame and a mochi for dessert. I'm no expert in Japanese food but I look for certain things when I try a new restaurant: the quality of the sushi rice, the freshness of the ingredients and that clean, sweet flavour you can get from really great sushi. It's all present here with the added bonus that the nori (the seaweed wrap) used was better than any I have had in Dublin before. It was soft and added to the cone rather than just set its boundaries. Highlights of the meal were the spicy tuna cone, the wakame, the sashimi and the mochi, which I dare say may have been made on the premises, which was a completely new experience from me. On top of that, when you order through their website for the first time, you are offered a 20% discount. I am completely blown away.”

“One of the best sushi places I've been to :) The portions are huge, it's impossible to eat everything, even though it's very delicious, and I tried to finish it all! The stuff is great, service is quick and pleasant. P.s. Order plum wine, it was so bomb. Tell you what, order two, right away :)”

Aoki Sushi Noodle Bar

● Open
63 Richmond Street South, Dublin, Ireland

“We ordered the unagi (eel) bento box with miso soup, calamari, duck gyoza and fried noodles from Aoki. In our view, nearly everything was spot on. The flavours of the eel with the soft, fluffy rice was delicious and had lovely umami flavours. We also enjoyed the delicious, tender squid and the lovely contrasting textures of the duck gyoza! The fried noodles and the miso soup could have been just a tiny bit saltier. The most surprising thing to us was the fresh salad which was refreshingly piquant during a heatwave. Lovely food overall from Aoki!”

Fujiyama Restaurant Dublin

● Open
11 O'Connell Street Upper, County Dublin D01 A2K0, Ireland

“When I moved to Dublin from the U.S. two years ago, Fujiyama was the first place that made me feel comfortable and quickly became my 'go to' place. I've been here to celebrate birthdays, go on dates, study, etc - and always received first-class service and delicious food. I am so happy Fujiyama reopened again! The food still tastes amazing and the hospitality is first-rate. This time, I ordered the Seafood Yakisoba and my boyfriend got the Beef Teriyaki. Both were delicious! Excellent flavors, lots of meat, and large portions. We also each ordered Kirin beers, which were on special (2 for €8.00). I would %100 recommend this place to anyone! It has a great view over O'Connell Street, can accommodate big parties, has consistently great food, and the staff is always friendly and polite!”
