“Kid size is where I got my son’s first three pairs of shoes. They have a great range and are so helpful. Really great with kids - even if they’re wary of strangers like my son! They’re so honest as well and won’t just sell you shoes if you don’t need them. I thought my son needed the next size up and I was reassured he still had some growing room. Really missed them during lockdown.”

She was talking and playing with my toddler son the whole time she scanned and I bagged my items which is hugely appreciated by any parent shopping with their child as it keeps them entertained for those few minutes. It's not often I come across such lovely staff and I feel it's important to let you know. I'm a manager in retail myself and I know how difficult it is to recruit good staff at the moment. “Went into this shop 2 years ago,before my son was born. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault anything. We purchased all our babies bedroom furniture as in cot,wardrobe,chest of drawers and other items but the phone customer service and delivery was diabolical. Agreed a delivery date as we had paid for everything to be assembled only to be told a few days before that date wouldn’t suit them. They wanted to leave it u assembled at a neighbors house. I explained that I had paid for assembly and had to make numerous calls to get this sorted and didn’t even get an apology from them. We continue to shop in this store because of the friendliness but have never bought anything big again to be delivered because of this.”
