I was able to book the service for the first week of January and paid the callout fee online, which was very convenient and straightforward. The technician was on-time, polite, and informative-explaining what he was doing and answered some additional questions I had. The additional charges were minimal and he had a card machine, which was very handy. All and all in the whole process was easy and the service was fab! I will definitely be using Paddy Appliances in the future!”
