“When the Academy becomes family!! If you want old school and proper black belt BJJ training, this is the place for you. Everyone is welcome and treated like everyone, no matter the level. “Highly recommended. As a person that has had no previous experience with any type of martial arts I have to say I'm so glad I tried this out. The sessions cover several self defense techniques and teaches you how to protect yourself in situations we all hope to never find ourselves in. The sessions cater for all levels so beginners are very welcome, you can just join in and enjoy gaining confidence whilst improving your fitness level. Brian the instructor is extremely welcoming and experienced, he is very passionate about the art of kravmaga and this shows in his commitment in helping each person perfect the exact technique and skills needed that can be very beneficial in all aspects of life. “I completed my IBT on the 3rd of august. The help that Paul gave me was amazing he was firm but helpful pointed out areas that i can improve on. I can’t rate the experience and the professionalism by Paul high enough. Anyone that is looking to get into the world of motorcycling as a beginner or getting back into bikes like myself should do it and put Paul Jenkins as the only person to contact.
