“We have used this store a few times before but due to a new puppy coming into the family decided to get most of the start up items we needed. Called in and asked for advice and guidance on what was needed. Great service and we even purchased their own brand food for our cat. Cannot be faulted.”

“Our 21 month old cockerpoo has been going to Drew at The Hound Hut since he was a puppy. Drew and Robyn make an amazing job of grooming him, he looks and smells like a different dog when he comes out. They are so good with him and he’s always excited to see them. I honestly wouldn’t take him anywhere else.”

Our female German Shepard is often nervy around new people, but high wood kennels have taken great care of her, and the young girl who looked after Myah made a great bond and that was clear to see when we arrived to collect her. She was booked in for 3 days and booked for a wash and brush service. She smells and looks amazing. My other half called every day to check in on her and it never seemed a hassle to them. Only boarding kennels we will use. Fantastic service and friendly people. Many thanks guys! We will be booking in again soon for an overnight stay and wash and brush package again.”

“Absolutely amazing pharmacy . I’ve changed Gp’s but stayed with Morningside solely because of their customer service . They are always a phone call away and the fact that they help deliver my medications when I cannot get there due to Seizures, they are a dream and I never want to leave. Mark and the team are fantastic . I’m so glad I found them when I moved to Derby . Thank you”

“We have been to Abbey Vetinary Group in Chellaston since 2003. They have provided all services, great and small, for our cat and dog over the years. Everyone from receptionists, nurses and vets are always very caring, empathetic and compassionate. Most recently, vet Nick removed a cyst from our mature dog's eye. The stitches were very neat, and our dog has made a full recovery with no complications. If you have to claim on pet insurance, they help with that process too. I highly recommend them and would not take my pets anywhere else. Thanks to vets Catherine, Nick, Rachel and the team, well done :-)”
