“These guys deserve more than 5* they went above and beyond to help me. I was waiting to get the keys to my new house and the date kept getting changed, but j2k kept in touch with me and told me not to worry at all that they would still hold the washer and dryer for me. They had already given me a great deal including installation and 6 months warranty. I had offered to pay a deposit to hold the items but they said no need to, all They needed was my contact details & address. On the day they called me to let me know the driver would let me know when he’s on the way to me. He did, he installed for me & made sure both worked before he left. And handy thing was I could pay by card. Would recommend to everyone & will deffo use again! Thankyou So much for being brilliant from start to finish! I love my new washer & dryer!”

“I needed a new integrated freezer fitted at a flat for a new tenant. Nigel and his team were excellent. He gave me a price for the freezer, fitting and removing the old one. Done within three days. It was a bit fiddly but Nigel said "it's all part of the service" I would use them again and recommend them highly. Good old fashion service, based on integrity and trust.”

“I am a trade member of Howdens and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and always go out of there way to ensure you get the best materials and service everytime. On my last visit I was served by Holly who always goes out of her way to ensure you get all of your requested materials asap. Everytime I have been served by Holly everything I need is done asap from quotes to materials, when I phone through for anything she always goes out of her way to ensure I get what I need asap. I find her a valued member of staff and would like to see her more on the counter helping tom. She always has banter with the tradesmen and is a pleasure to deal with which makes ordering materials so much easier.”

Fantastic service, clear simple phone conversation explained approach, ordered part to bring with him, advised what price would be, organised when to come, turned up on time, fixed quickly. No call out fee upfront, no money changed hands until machine was used for a few days with no issues.
