Because i work on cars where you change drive belts as a precaution I decided to replace the washing machine drivebelt whilst at the inner workings.I was politely advised that the belt was in good order and that a change was unnecessary. Could easily have just sold me the belt but gave me free advice. A great independent with excellent customer service and good prices.”

Okay maybe that's just me, I can't be trusted in B&M even hubs rolls his eyes when I say going. I know most of the staff enough to say hello to them. They're always polite and very helpful. The manager goes out their way in fact they all do. Could do with more tills as sometimes they can be very long although move fairly quickly. I'm disabled they always help me load the bag on the back of my chair if I'm on my own. Honestly love B&M Weedon Road. Thank you for great service.”

The pickup itself was quick and faultless. A quick price comparison with Amazon is necessary as sometimes item is cheaper in one or the other. Well done for a good overall experience.”

Good thing is if Kettering are out of stock of something your looking for, Wellingborough store is only a 10-15 min drive away. Staff are always helpful and will check the Wellingborough store to safe you a wasted journey.”

“I knew what I wanted and went straight to pick-it-up in the pet's section. When I went to pay, there was a long queue, but people were understanding and the cashier was really nice. She had a big smile on her face, helped customers put their shopping in their carrier bags and wished us a Merry Christmas as we finished paying.”

Very well stocked with prices that you’d expect from a large national store, however it is smaller than it used to be after selling part of the building off to a supermarket chain. Plenty of parking spaces although the car park is now shared with Aldi so the area can get a little congested. I’ve always found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly, no reason why not to give 5 stars”
