"Love the clothes and the staff are great"
"I put my card through it said approved. I was told by the cashier the system crashed and I would have to put it through a second time and be charged twice in order to walk out with my items. I could call a 800 number and get my money back in 2 to 3 business days. I asked for a receipt and to please cancel my purchase. She called a manager who informed me I would have to call this number and they may not even refund money back to my credit card. This is horrible business. I walked out of there with nothing and a 71.40 cent charge on my credit card."
"worst experience I had at this store. It is one of my favorite shopping places but this was my first time going to this location. It is terrible customer service. I usually like to check the prices before paying since I have not noticed that sometimes they change, I asked the cashier Sandra to please check the prices and she looked at me very badly and she told me if I was ready or what I said no that I just wanted to check the prices. After that I heard how another employee talk about one client's Kid It is inconceivable since it is a children's store. When I was ready to pay, my son had a toy and the cashier SANDRA she told me that I had to buy it since the toy had the germs of my son, he is only 12 months old I was fine with that but the way she said it and the way SANDRA treated me before i can't accept it Terrible service by the employee SANDRA …"
