"I am telling everybody I know to come here! Kaitlyn went ABOVE & BEYOND for my daughter's Sweet 16, even after she changed the whole color scheme twice while I was in the store. Kaitlyn was patient, offered creative solutions, and she REALLY knows that store. I ended up buying way more than I thought I would because of her kindness, positive energy, and service oriented attitude. She is a rare gem. I will also say that everyone else in the store was kind and helpful too. You can tell they have good leadership modeled for them. My only complaint is what the employees don't really control, and that was the limited color selections available along with a limited supply of letters to spell her name. I strongly recommend you start here before going online. You can see the colors, get the help you need, and get some ideas you never even thought of!"

"The store is pretty well stocked and if needed the staff is available. The store has pretty much everything one would need for a party. Although some of the items they carry you can get cheaper at other stores if you shop around. The balloons they sell are really nice. They will try to upsell you on Hyfloat in the balloons, and I'm extremely pleased with thus upgrade as the balloons stay inflated and floating for 3-4weeks (yes weeks)."
"Good selection of a variety of party items. The store was fairly busy when we went in to pick up some balloons for a grad party. This is kind of a downside as they dont seem super prepaired for a larger inflow of customers, and they seemed pretty understaffed. The balloons was a good price but it was pretty expensive to get them filled to pick up later. Oxygen to fill them is pretty over priced, but there isnt really many other options as people dont really have oxygen tanks. The store was pretty clean which was good."
