Goodwill Store & Donation Center

"I went to this location to donate a table lamp that was in new condition that I no longer needed and felt that I would be donating it to a Good cause. This Goodwill store is relatively close to my house. The drive-in donation line was very long, so I parked, walked up to the donation area and carefully placed the lamp next to some other items. As I was walking off, one of the busy lady receiving clerks shouted to me that I must be in line to donate items and that if I didn't that it was considered illegally dumping trash; indicating that I should take the item back. I haven't been back to any of the Goodwill stores since to donate Or purchase items. I now donate all of my good condition items to an Arc donation center or store, where all of my eligible items are gladly accepted with a smile. It's also just a little father to drive there, but I happily donate and purchase from my local Arc thrift stores."

"Very rude staff. Do not shop here or donate here! Go to Arc instead. I walked in with a small bag of clothing to donate. Asked staff member where to donate. “It’s around back.” For clarification, I asked “Is it the blue bins?” He just repeated his original statement: “It’s around back.” I went to the back of the building where there were lots of staff. Mid-sentence I was cut off by a man. “Over there,” he said, although I was in the middle of asking him which bin was acceptable to put my donations in. Frustrated, I quickly threw my bag of clothes in a blue bin and left. “Watch where you’re throwing that!” Another employee screamed as I was leaving. “Next time, use the drive through. Hey, do you hear me? Don’t come back!” the man shouted to me as I walked away. I didn’t hit anyone with the bag I threw, and I attempted twice to ask where an appropriate place to donate was. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these people. I wanted to get a new pair of pants but after this encounter I didn’t bother and left as soon as possible."

"Love this store and the employees. They're really wonderful and the store manager is as well! I still go in the store regularly and I wanted to brag further about the staff. Jake and Michelle are extremely helpful. I truly appreciate them and the care they give their customers and their employees. Garcon and Jonie are particularly fun, and I look forward to seeing them every time I shop there. All the employees are helpful and kind to the customers. The store is meticulously maintained and stocked very well. Even though it's one of the smaller stores in the area, I always find goodies to buy. You can tell Jake, the store manager, is a wonderful boss because all the employees are happy and helpful toward the customers. They all have a great attitude and they have told me it is because Jake treats them so well. It shows every time I go to this Goodwill, which makes me always look forward to shopping there and seeing everyone. I can't say enough good things about this location! I've only lived in this area 10 months and started shopping there a few months after I moved here, but it was quickly noticeable what a great store this is."

"Completely ignored when I dropped off a FULL BUCKET of donations. No hello, no thank you, no receipt. The employee who finally came out to help took my items and hucked them into the bins! Thanks for being gentle. Our donations help support your job. A little customer service goes a long way. Isn’t that a skill you teach your employees?? I’ll be going elsewhere from now on, thank you very much."

"The store is currently under construction and remodeling, the shelves were close together, the dressing rooms are closed at this time. I did find some cool cases here. Just know it’ll be a bit chaotic and messy."
