"Our installers (Cesar M. and Ryan S.) did a fine job in challenging circumstances. We’re happy with them. We’re not completely happy with the shower. In spite of being shown a picture of the shower pan having texture and slope for drainage, neither is true. It’s slick to step into. And there is essentially no slope so the water pools instead of draining. We asked to have it reviewed. The installation manager came to look and said it was installed correctly but that he would check with his supervisor to see if anything could be done. He never called back. For the price we would have expected more."

"12/18/2023 We were looking to replace our main bathtub and shower. Our fifty-year old tub was certainly due for a major upgrade. West Shore Home was the only company we contacted for this project. The very first thing that impressed us with this process was the sales pitch. Bernard arrived and went through everything West Shore Home had to offer. He suggested various options that would work for our situation. Talking with Bernard turned out to be more like a visit with an old friend. He was friendly and very knowledgeable with the product. We made our selections and signed the contract. We had our install scheduled about five weeks out. Leo and Joe arrived around 8 am on the day of the install. These two did an exceptional job with our install. They worked efficiently and completed the install in a single day. We are beyond happy with the job they did and the entire process working with West Shore Home. The before and after pictures give you an idea of Leo’s and Joe’s workmanship. Updated 01/23/2024 Well we did it again. We engaged with West Shore Home once again. This time to replace our shower in the bathroom off the master bedroom. Cesar M and Dustin A arrived early morning. They got set up and began the task at hand. First thing on the agenda was laying down drop cloths to protect our carpets from any debris that might have fallen. Let the banging begin. In no time at all, the old shower was removed and taken out. Cesar and Dustin kept us informed every step of the way through the process. They stopped and answered, in detail, any questions I had. Cesar and Dustn worked hard all day, and the shower is looking great, but it isn't completely done yet, so I won't be posting any after pictures until it is done. The project is spilling over into two days, only because the person doing the required city inspection was running a few hours late. Some things you just can't plan for when making renovations. I added a photo for the old shower to give you an idea of what we were replacing. I have one more shower to do in the basement, and when the time comes to get it done, we won't hesitate one bit having West Shore Home do the work."

"Isaac, Luis and Jack did an awesome job. My shower is so beautiful. They ran into an issue because there was just a hole the length of my tub and probably 3 feet deep. They took the time to handle the situation professionally and the result was a beautiful shower. I’m amazed every time I go into my bathroom. The guys were great and I’m so happy with the results! Totally recommend!"
