"I have years buying at AutoZone and never have any problems, last night we bought some brake pads and rotors , we find out no need rotors, I do take back and this little kid name Carlos , started tell me next time I need to check whit my mechanic before I buy things that I don’t need, plus tell why boxes are open and bad shape, they are the one who give me those boxes an bad conditions and I never said anything about that, but he has the nerves to talk like that to costumers , I own business and for any reason I let my employees to talk like to any costumer if so they no longer work for my business, this little kids running at store like this is no acceptable or they must be trained for good , I will never came back ."
"I just wanted to express my gratitude for three men that were working on Sunday 1-7-24. Tony Martinez, Angel and the manager on duty. My daughter was returning from Colorado after being away for 3 weeks of snowboard training. When she arrived at the hotel where her truck was parked, the battery was dead. Tried multiple attempts to jump the battery and would not take a jump. Had to get her a room for the night at the hotel. The next morning I called the closest AutoZone to see if they had the battery in stock that she needed. I spoke with Angel and he said that he did, I told him our situation and that my daughter is going to take an Uber to the AutoZone, but did not have tools, or a way to put the battery in herself, when she arrived at AutoZone, the men, there were kind enough to drive my daughter back to the hotel and install the battery for us which saved us a plane ride to Colorado. We live in Pennsylvania. We can not thank these men enough for helping our daughter!!!!!"
"Store manager walking around swearing. Not addressing customers in a professional manner at all. Spoke to me like I was an idiot who didn't realize the store had self checkout until he informed the store did, like I was some kind of problem for him when I was trying to get some things and leave. The rest of the employees weren't much better either."
"A starter, could not even get it delivered. Had to come to the store the time to fix this transaction. So what good is delivery? They sent me an oil filler and radiator fluid but I didn't order that. Half right is all wrong, but they didn't get anything right."
