"Talked with Chris at the Western Hunt Expo, I forgot to pre order my bracket kit for my Go Tent before the show… I called last minute and Chris said he has no more room in the trailer “but” he threw a few extras in and asked what day I’ll be at the show, I told him Friday morning. A few days go by and it’s Friday, I go to the show and find Chris and told him who I was. He remembered who I was and stated I left your bracket kit in the trailer so nobody else would sell it! He went and got it I paid for it and we were on our way! Every single member with Davis tents have always been top notch on helping their customers! I’ll never own another tent these people care about their customers and build the best product on the market. Thanks guys! See you next year!"

"Bought the 14x20 wall tent, floor, angles, and rain fly and got to take it to deer camp in early November. It's spacious and well made. However, one of the two windows I ordered is basically sew shut. It looks like they installed the zipper, without the actual pull to zip/unzip the window. Its also sewn down on the ends of the zipper. Sent an email about it on November 5, 2023 to Davis and haven't heard a peep. If the window worked this would have been a 5 star review, the lack of a response is also a deal breaker. Update-I was contacted by Will at Davis Tents. I will be sending the tent back for repair of the window at Davis' expense. The initial email was inadvertently missed. Great customer service! Changed to five stars!"
