"Parking lot is packed with people looking for work. Some have been so bold to get into my cart and start loading my items for me looking for a tip. Inventory is never right due to theft. Can say the staff is always helpful here especially considering everything going on."
"Poor Customer Service! I bought my Dad a Christmas gift and purchased a product protection plan. He had to return the gift and they were willing to put the money back on my credit card (which I asked them not to as it was a gift). I was told they would offer him a gift card or a in store credit, they did not~ they put the money back on my credit card LESS the amount I paid for the product protection plan! They said they could not refund me in full as the protection plan had not processed?? WHAT!!?? This went on for at least 20 minutes. To resolve, I had to call the store manager the next day and DEMAND I am refunded the full amount I paid! Lesson learned! I will no longer shop at Home Depot~ giving my business to LOWES~"
"I had a great experience at this Home Depot this week. I had a package delivered and unfortunately someone stole part of it. I was able to talk to Kathy on the phone and get help from Mercedes in person. They were so helpful in fixing the issue. Thank you so much!!"
