"I requested a tour to view this place and when I got there nobody was in the office. I waited over an hour and went as far as driving around the complex to see if there were any additional offices. I made two phone calls to leasing and to admin, which resulted in no response. I really don’t appreciate my time being wasted and I’m hoping to save someone else the trouble."
"Be careful coming here as a prospective renter. Gave them money for a deposit that was supposed to be refundable, my application was rejected and still have yet to receive my deposit money back. This was last May. I've contacted office numerous times and no response. If you wanna lose money come to this place."
"Maintenance is good but the units are so old they are starting to fall apart. There’s mold in the bathroom. The office workers used to be pleasant. The new one is extremely unpleasant and rude. The complex cameras don’t work and there are houseless people constantly walking in through large holes in the fence. Car brake ins. I do not recommend."
"I would not recomend any unit owned by FPI management as I have lived at two and they are a greedy. The grounds are not kept well, dying grass, cobwebs everywhere, barely growing plants trying to cover up all the dirt everywhere. On top of that, the trash valet is not consistent, we had times where the trash was not taken out for a few days but we get charged the same no matter what. What was the most unreasonable was that we were charged for cleaning the apartment after we left even though the inspector said the unit was very clean and great so even though we left the unit the same level of cleanlisness as when we moved in, they charged us anyways. And even though they did the inspection 2 days before we ended the lease, they did not tell us what else we needed to clean which we had the time to do. Furthermore, they tried to charge us for wear and tear paint touch ups even though legally they cannot charge for wear and tear. Shady people, greedy, cheapest paint job in the world in evey apartment."
"Very nice and comfortable apartment complex. Been living where for 3 years now and have had no issues with management or maintenance. Everyone has been responsive to our needs. Highly recommend living here!"
