"Great hotel except some of the staff aren't that friendly or professional. Other then that I like it compared to others in the area."

"I write to express my profound dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received upon arrival at your establishment on December 6, particularly due to the actions of Megan. This experience, marked by a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, requires immediate attention. Upon arriving close to midnight with my young children after an exhaustive flight from New York, I was shocked to discover that the hotel did not have the two connecting rooms I had reserved through Marriott. What is even more disconcerting is that Megan, without checking the computer, immediately identified me as the guest with the connecting room reservation. She was fully aware of the situation but failed to inform me prior to my arrival. Instead of proactively notifying me about the unavailability of connecting rooms when she was clearly aware earlier, Megan chose to inform me upon my arrival, leaving my small children and me in a predicament at midnight - stranded and scrambling to find other accommodations. This level of negligence and lack of concern for guests is utterly disgraceful and beyond any acceptable standard of hospitality. When questioned about why she did not call me in advance, Megan offered no explanation, demonstrating a complete disregard for the consequences of her actions. Her failure to exercise basic courtesy and compassion is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with guests who have made reservations based on specific needs. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has tarnished my perception of your establishment. As a loyal Marriott customer, I find it unacceptable that such negligence is tolerated among your staff, particularly Megan. I urge you to take immediate and decisive action to address this matter and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future."

"I stayed here recently for a business trip and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There is no elevator which was a bummer so they found me a first floor room so that I wouldn’t have to lug my stuff upstairs. There’s plenty of parking and the hotel is close to the freeway and lots of shopping and eateries; you can even walk to some places. The hotel is outdated though. There’s no central air but it’s decent for a stay."

"Sara is very helpful to me on the chat to get everything I request for my rooms. I’m very appreciated to her. I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. It’s great and have a wide common areas indoor and outdoor. If this hotel include breakfast in their room rate, it would be perfect !"

"I didn’t quite feel the hospitality. Every time I inquired the results wasn’t satisfactory. I will say the elder that I assume is a manager or clerk was super helpful. Never heard of extend checkout being full. Not pet friendly. I turned a guest away because they have fur baby. As a member i had better expectations. I digress. Probably my last visit."
