"The lock on my door was tampered with and urine in the shower! I called front desk saying I was leaving and wanted a refund... he said no and hung up on me! I was in my room for 15 minutes at most he said there's a 10 minute rule! Liar! I told him I was calling the police if he didn't refund my money and he promptly refunded my money and I left!"
"I usually go there and the staffs are very nice. But this even the staff was very rude and unprofessional . I want a room with a bathtub and he gave me room 110 which is wheel chair access room. I off to pay $15 extra for 2 beds but still didn’t have a full bathtub. I was refunded."
"Trash, absolute trash, I stay in hotels on business frequently, and this is the first time I have been so thoroughly disappointed with a hotel. The front desk was nice enough. But the room was disgusting, smelled heavily of cigarettes even though I selected a non-smoking room, they obviously don't enforce their non-smoking policy. Cigarette burns on the bed spread, no water pressure in the shower, no hot water. At this point, they should have paid me to stay there. It's absolutely terrible."
"Hotel staff was nice but I left my expensive Ugg blanket and called to retrieve the item and I was told that nothing was found but this motel was the last place I had the blanket. I have put in an investigation on this motel because this blanket has sentimental value. Do not leave any items and do not take any valuables to this facility"
