"The whole day was horrible. The bathtub was rusted and chipped. Paint everywhere I had to go by bathmat so we could take showers. There was roaches in our room. The ceiling leaked when it was raining talk to the manager Tina and all she wanted to do was refund me for one day I paid for five days of the inconvenience. My cousin is E-40 and I’m gonna have him and tell his followers about Extended StayAmerica."
"Boyfriend and I chose this hotel for a much needed night alone. It was quiet and looks pretty new. Very clean and the front desk was helpful. Rooms were clean (except for a stain or a dirty pillowcase) that was left in our room."
"Terrible service. I had a problem and they told me only the Manager could address the issue. So I asked them to have him/her call my room. Never happened. I asked the staff repeatedly. Finally I called the front desk and asked again and the woman said she was the manager. I went into the problem and she said she would call maintenance to fix the extremely loud fridge. Never happened. She never called me back. Smells of pot & cigarettes."
"Room appeared to be cleaned upon entering when we originally checked in. We left and came back and once we flipped the light on a roach was on the counter. We went downstairs and the young lady was very understanding and switched our rooms. We get to the new room and turn the lights on and there were two roaches on the counter. We ended up checking out because we were not comfortable staying there with our baby."
