Hyatt Place Vacaville

"The stay was pretty normal, nothing to complain about except the lack of attention given by the front desk. The guy took care of everyone by the bar while ignoring us even though we had been there standing for the last 8 minutes. Place wasn't busy, but he kept taking care of everyone first. Then it took 20 minutes for him to send us up some toilet paper. On top of it all, my daughter had forgotten her stuffed care bear when we checked out. Called them the same day we got home. Instead of checking for it, they send you to a 3rd party site to fill out a "ticket". 1 week later still nothing. Spoke to someone finally and was told they found nothing. The bear is 12 inches high and was left on her bed next to her pillow. How can they not find that. Lady didn't really care to help or was even remotely interested in helping us. Definitely not staying here again or any Hyatt for that matter. Warning to those that do stay there, don't leave anything behind. You'll never get it back."

"At least there were no families fighting and screaming this visit. I spent two nights here this time, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The second evening, I went to the front desk to pick up some room supplies. They had just finished registering a big group, and I requested the supplies. They didn't have them at the front desk. They asked if it was ok to have one of the two hosts working the counter to bring them right up. "Sure." I went up to my room and never did receive the supplies. Maybe it's me."

"This is a nice Hyatt Place. It is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The lobby is quite large. They serve food and have a full bar. The staff was also very accommodating. Hot breakfast included."

"We stayed at the Hyatt Place Vacaville during our wedding reception. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite and a bottle of wine at check in. The hotel is brand new and very clean. The service was exceptional. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to stay here again!"

"In general check in was easy, decent free breakfast, and its a good location, but beware if your room is not facing the mountains you will be facing a sketch strip mall behind the hotel. Our room had ants everywhere to include in the bed under the pillows, on the nightstand, and in the shower and on the sink. No clue where they were coming out of but they kept appearung everywhere. The white blanket on one bed had a stained circle on it which was a little unnerving. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they did not seem surprised, bothered, or offer to address the issues or even apologize for them. They just said they would let housekeeping know. That was disappointing. Even an apology would’ve been great. The walls are super thin too, we could here everyone and everything. we will not stay here again, there are lots of options in the area."
